Happy Wednesday!
We just returned from an amazingly beautiful wedding weekend in Bozeman/Big Sky, Montana a few days ago. Our flight to Bozeman had about a 4:1 ratio of people wearing camoflauge to people in non-camoflauge apparel. Apparently it was the opening of Big Game hunting season and Michelle made a point of telling anyone who would listen that she was cheering for the Elk/Bears.
We’re still working on the photos of Laura and Matt’s day, but here is a quick teaser of sorts.
It’s been a crazy week here getting caught up on work and preparing for another trip out west this weekend. We are photographing a wedding in Minnesota on Friday, and then Saturday it’s off to Seattle to celebrate with my best friend and his soon to be wife at their wedding! I’m a little nervous about my speech but if all else fails, I can always incorporate some improvisational dance moves.
It’s hard to believe that it’s already the end of October and that winter is almost upon us. In honor of the crazy windy weather here as of late, enjoy this song by School of Seven Bells called Windstorm.
Much love to all of you and hope you’re having an awesome week.

Hello,
I stumbled upon your blog while looking for reviews/thoughts on the Nikkor 24mm 1.4. I love your work, your blog, the music you share, and I’ll keep reading. Your perspective and your images are special and lovely to my eye – and that’s rare for me to say. Much of the stuff out there looks all the same to me these days

Jonny,
If you can’t decide on how to deliver your speech, I suggest rapping. Hope all things are good!
