Though we were fortunate enough to miss much of this past winter, days like today are all the more sweet after enduring upwards of six months of subzero temperatures. The sun was out today so we decided to take a break from emails and go for a stroll through our neighborhood; a few blocks from our place, at 46th and Grand, we stopped into Patisserie 46 and enjoyed some mango sorbet. We only ordered a scoop, but it sure was a heaping. We then discovered an antique map and bookstore that we had never noticed before, and we received a good history lesson from the lady who owns the shop.
Minneapolis is an easy place to love when the sun is out and the city awakes from hibernation.
Before signing off, I have to share a song that I haven’t been able to stop listening to, off of an album I can’t get enough of.
