Annie met Matí in his hometown of Buenos Aires, Argentina, after she graduated from the University of Wisconsin and decided to work abroad and learn Spanish. A few years later and a new language down, they got engaged in Miami at the Indian Creek Country Club which they decided was the perfect place to celebrate their wedding almost a year later. Their wedding day was a beautiful mixture of both American and Argentine elements making it so personal. Annie said her vows in Spanish while Matí said his in English so as to allow their friends and family on both sides to fully participate in their commitment to one another. The wedding itself was one of the most beautiful I’ve seen with a tropical palette of corals, peaches, and champagne, all outdoor and overlooking the Miami skyline and water, where a few dolphins even popped up to say congrats.
